8th National
Empowerment Conference
The 8th Annual National Empowerment Conference presented by Smart Communications brings together Filipino and Filipino American community leaders, advocates and innovators of all ages to assess the current status of the Filipino community. We shall move forward to the 21st Century with more vigor and solid presence to ensure the growth and improvement of our communities in the decades to come.
